Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 90 days of purchase for any Captured Images product. Please provide your original receipt and contact Customer Support before sending an item back so we can give you return instructions.

Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. For a standard return or exchange, you are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or is incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate next steps.

Lifetime Guarantee

Our lifetime guarantee covers defects in materials or craftsmanship in eligible fine art photographic prints. It applies to the original purchaser and requires the original receipt. Print-only and canvas-only works are excluded from this lifetime guarantee.

If you believe your artwork has a covered defect, contact Customer Support with your receipt and photographs of the issue. We will review your request and provide instructions, including any applicable shipping arrangements.
