Hi there!
Katrin was born and raised in Germany and has lived and worked in France, England and now the United States. Kati has traveled the world photographing incredible wildlife and landscapes and believes that photography can not only show us beauty but also changes the way we think about beauty.
She also is very commited to conservation and preserving bio-diversity.
Kati: "The world is filled with beauty and unfortunately not enough people realize it or see it. To be able to go out into the world and visit wild places and experience the bio-diversity of our planet, whether it is in -20 degree weather in Mongolia or right here next to my home in Southwest Florida, is incredible and important. Only we can save our planet."
Hi there!
Michael was born in New York but grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania. Michael has lived and worked throughout the world including Mexico, England, Zimbabwe and South Africa. Having traveled to over 70 countries, Michael believes that the power of photography, whether it is to transport the viewer to an earlier time, or put the viewer in a location that is extraordinary, is something that will never go away.
All animals in Michael's photographs are in the wild. In their natural habitat, whether it be the American west, South America, Asia or Africa.
Michael: "I still have my childhood photo albums. When I look through them, I am instantly 10 years old again with my family all around me. Many are gone now, but the photographs have that kind of power. I hope my photographs do the same."
